UNICEF at UTD's Soccer for Syria Event Registration

Please join us in our first ever soccer tournament raising funds and awareness for the children affected by the crisis in Syria. All proceeds will go to towards Syria through the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. Please invite your friends and families to come join us, cheer you on, and sponsor your team!

Prizes will be awarded to the first place team of each tournament.

All players are required to fill out the following waiver form. Please e-mail your completed waiver form to unicef.utdallas@gmail.com or print it out and bring it with you (filled out) to check in at the tournament.
