• Provide a continuing fellowship of former Phi Theta Kappa members to provide a smooth transition to university life for community, technical, and junior college Phi Theta Kappa transfer students.
• Provide a support base and to encourage members to unceasingly pursue excellence.
• Establish a scholarship fund for distinguished transfer students who are active members of a Phi Theta Kappa chapter.
• Recognize and encourage scholarship and leadership among University and community alumni.
